My entire career has revolved around Real Estate and I know every aspect; from drafting Real Estate Documents, Loan Application Approval, Underwriting, and Closing and Funding. You name it, I've done it and I LOVE it.

Having grown up and raised my own family right here in Montgomery County I can say I know this area. I also love it! It is diverse and offers opportunities from estate living to beautiful starter neighborhoods and also the opportunity for quiet country living. With years of experience as a successful Realtor here and in the surrounding counties I value my clients and serve them in a professional, hard-working, enthusiastic and organized manner. As a native Texan and resident of The Woodlands for over 25 years who raised 2 children in the award winning Conroe Independent School District before moving to the Lake Conroe area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my clients when it comes to buying or selling real estate anywhere in or around The Woodlands/Spring/Conroe/Montgomery/Willis areas. Nasyim Segal is a native Houstonian with over two decades of experience as a licensed real estate broker. She obtained her real estate license when in 2003, and soon after became the youngest new home sales professional to be hired by America's largest home builder.

With hundreds of successful new construction sales to her credit, she knows customer service and clear communication spell success when buying or selling homes.

As a Broker, Nasyim is dedicated to ensuring a standard of excellence is maintained in the real estate field. Her unique expertise in new construction and luxury custom home sales coupled with extensive training as a coach, has resulted in agents from brokerages all over the country seeking her help to improve their skills.

When she's not selling homes, Nasyim spends her time volunteering with disabled seniors or cooking with her family and friends.

Kayla joined the real estate industry over 8 years ago and specializes in first time home buyers, corporate relocation, waterfront properties, improved and unimproved land and all facets of buyer & seller representation. Kayla Gehret is very versatile in knowing Galveston, Montgomery, Walker, & Grimes Counties along with the Inner Loop of Houston. Growing up she lived on the west side of League City. In college and after she lived in Galveston. In her early professional career, she lived in Montrose Heights area and now she resides with her family in Montgomery, TX.

Kayla decided the real estate industry was the perfect match with her background in marketing, advertising sales, property leasing, problem solving skills and her knack for enjoying helping people. She is a social butterfly and finds it very helpful to network with other professionals in her industry. She enjoys reading industry magazines and keeping up with the ever-changing real estate market. Her approach to helping clients with buying or selling their home is understanding their personal interests, lifestyles and specific needs by listening. She feels that listening is a highly desirable skill when trying to locate or sell her clients home.

Kayla graduated Clear Creek High School in 2006 and The University of Houston in 2011 with a focus on Corporate Communications and a minor in Sales/Marketing. Following college she spent a few years in advertising sales and then moved onto property management which then lead her onto the real estate path she had always dreamed of. Now 8 years later, she enjoys enjoys helping new and repeat clients with transitioning from one chapter of life to the next.
